Your weeknight Sweet and Spicy Ramen
In a bowl, mix the following together:
– 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp Thai sweet chili, water
– 1 tbsp soy sauce, molasses or honey, apple cider vinegar, and balsamic vinegar
– 1/2 tsp cornstarch
– Lots of red pepper flakes and sesame seeds
– 2-3 cloves Garlic, ginger
– Few dashes of worchestire sauce.
– 2 tbsp water
Heat 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Once hot, pour over mixture cooked ramen noodles
Sauté your choice of veggies over medium low heat. Add sauce little by little. Once cooked, add ramen, more sauce. Top with lime and fresh herbs
