Happy Sunday Friends! I’ve got a new healthy recipe for y’all to try out this week. It takes about 30 minutes and that’s it!👇🏼

Mediterranean Pita Pizzas
Ingredients:
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 pound ground turkey
-1/4 cup red onion, diced
-1 packet of @wildgardenfoods shawarma quick marinade
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
-mini whole wheat flat bread
-optional toppings: hummus, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, olives, parsley, feta, cucumbers, lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Mix the ground turkey, red onion & shawarma marinade, salt, & pepper in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat and brown the turkey mixture for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Remove from the heat and build the pizzas starting with hummus or tzatziki, ground turkey and toppings. Enjoy!
