This Buffalo cauliflower is a go to side dish in our house! And yes, I always say this, but this is seriously so easy!
All you have to do is cut up one head of cauliflower. Toss the cauliflower in 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tbsp sriracha. I find it best if you whisk your sauces together first and then toss your cauliflower in it. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
