Perfect lunch today featuring Tuna Deviled Eggs from @skinnytaste 😋 These definitely hit the spot. It makes extras, so you know we will be eating these again tomorrow!!
Tuna Deviled Eggs
1. Make 8 hard boiled eggs.
2. Once eggs have cooled, scoop out your egg yolks. Mix egg yolks with about 3 tbsp Mayo (I subbed for Greek yogurt). I also added a squirt of Dijon mustard for a kick.
3. Finely chop about 1/4 cup red onion. Combine your egg yolk mixture, tuna, and red onion. Scoop your mixture into the halved eggs.
4. Top with green onion for color. Enjoy!
