Sticky yummy salty sprouts. Perfect side for any Asian dish
Sticky Soy Brussel Sprouts
For about 16oz of brussel sprouts:
– 2-3 tbsp of low Sodium soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 clove of garlic (minced)
– 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp of Cajun seasoning
– 1.5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
– 1/4-1/2 tsp of cornstarch
Season sprouts generously with black pepper. Bake or air fry at 425 degrees for about 15-20 minutes of until crispy.
In the meantime, simmer the sauce over low heat until thick. When sprouts are done, toss with sauce. Top with lots of green onions and sesame seeds.
