Had some brown bananas to use up so made some healthy cookies for snacking 🍌 Super easy and took me about 5 minutes to make!
• In a bowl combine: 2 mashed bananas, 1 cup oats, 1 egg, splash of vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, a handful of pumpkin seeds, and chocolate chips.
• Bake on a greased cookie sheet for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
• Easy as that! Feel free to add anything you have on hand to mix things up! Some great additions are shredded coconut, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, or raisins!
