Forgot to share this healthy peach crisp I made a few weeks ago! It was a perfect treat for after dinner. I made it in individual ramekins so every person had their own. I used peaches because that is what was in season, but I would recommend trying this recipe with apples now! 🍎 🍏

Healthy Peach Crisp:
(This recipe is for 2 people)
Filling:
• 2 peaches (peeled and diced)
• 1 tbsp corn starch
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp honey
• Dash of vanilla

Crumble:
• 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
• 2 tbsp honey (could sub maple syrup)
• 1-2 tbsp cold butter
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon

1. In a bowl, add your peaches, corn starch, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Mix well. Equally distribute into two ramekins.
2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, honey, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined and resembles a crumble. Sprinkle on top of peaches.
3. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Serve with cool whip or greek yogurt on top. Enjoy!!
