NATURAL MUESLI WITH PROTEIN YOGURT & BERRIES 👩🍳
Whipped up a nice nutritious breakfast this morning 🥣👍 makes a change from all the choc 😆 I feel better when my body is fuelled & this quick & easy breakfast is perfect for on the go ☺️👍 & kick starting the new year 💫
THE STEPS 👇
1. To make the muesli place roles oats, sunflower 🌻 kernels, coconut flakes & a pinch of cinnamon in a jar and mix well
2. Combine coconut yogurt and your protein of choice in a container (I used whey but vegan proteins also works)
3. Serve half the muesli in a bowl top the other half with almond with yogurt & berries
4. Save the other half for tomorrow’s breakfast 👍 enjoy !
