OVERNIGHT OATS POTS 🍯

If you, like me have a busy life with pre 6am starts 😆 preparation is key to keeping on track. Fail to prepare.. prepare fail. 🙋‍♀️

So if you don’t want to be grabbing a Starbucks muffin on the way to the office 👩‍💻 these easy Overnight Oat Pots are the perfect 🤩 answer ! It is a great healthy breakfast that you can prepare in advance and it can last all week. So it’s the perfect meal prep idea for Sunday night to prepare for the work week.

How to make: 👇

1. Combine 8tbsp of jumbo oats with 3 tbsp of chia seeds in a bowl with 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, mix well
2. Squeeze in a generous glug of honey and mix well. Add in a few spoons of raspberries if you like extra sweetness, squish raspberries in the mix and stir. Then pop in the fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours)
3. Next take 3 to 4 small jars and spoon in your mixture. Top with fresh strawberries or your fruit of choice. You can double up your mixture as required. Simply grab your pot out the fridge in the morning and there you have a simple, nutritious breakfast on the go !
