📍Creamy Burrata & Vine Tomato Salad with a pesto dressing 👨🍳📍
Last of the Summer Salads ! This is the perfect easy batch cook for your week day lunches – 🤩 hello tupperware club 💁♀️
THE RECIPE 👇
1. Sautée 150g of organic Kale in a pan with a small spoonful of coconut oil
2. Add in some toasted pine nuts & serve on a plate. Next get some good quality burrata (needs to be the expensive stuff for it to be all creamy 😋) cut in quarters and place over your Kale
3. Get 150g of vine tomatoes & drizzle over good quality olive oil, and a small spoonful of balsamic vinegar
4. Pop your tomatoes on top and finally drizzle over green pesto and season with pink sea salt and cracked black pepper
