(inspo by @tiktok‘s @snackqween’s dumpling dipping sauce)
Veggie Ramen for 2:
– veggies of choice (I used 🍄 🫑 🥕)
For sauce:
– 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce
– 2 tbsp: oyster sauce, rice vinegar.
– 1 tbsp honey
– good amount of sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and green onions.
– 4 to 6 cloves of garlic, about 2-3 tsp of fresh ginger
Heat some oil (I used grape seed and sesame oil mixture) and pour over ingredients and set aside
Pan fry veggies in sesame oil, add sauce after about 5 minutes and let it simmer for a bit. Add cooked ramen, fresh herbs (basil + cilantro), and serve with lime.
