This is so delicious 🤤 and is my go to recipe for healthy flapjack on the go 💕 works perfectly for a granola type bar on the go 🤩
THE RECIPE 👇
1. Mix 250g of oats with 3 big squeezes of honey 🍯 and one mashed banana 🍌 so consistency is slightly gooey. Mix together one egg and add half of it. Stir well.
2. Mix in 80g of cranberries, with a handful of sunflower 🌻 seeds & a smaller handful of crushed walnuts, mix well.
3. Add in 50g of raisins & 2 tbsp of flaxseeds. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes of 180’c. Cut into squares. There you go… your on the go healthy breakfast sorted for the week.
