EASY VEGGIE QUORN CHILLI 🌶 👩‍🍳👇

This is my go to dish in the week when I need quick & nourishing food in the evening. Also a good one when you’re trying to watch your weight but you’ve had a long old day at work . Low fat but really nourishing 🤩

THE STEPS 👇
1. Chop & dice 2 red onions & 3 bulbs of garlic fry lightly in olive oil
2. Make sure your veggie @quorn_uk quorn mince c300g is fully defrosted & add to your onion mixture. Mix well then add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and allow to simmer
3. Add paprika and allow to bubble away. Next add 2 red peppers sliced & 10 plump cherry tomatoes, mix well and simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes. Add salt & pepper then serve.
4. Top with Greek yogurt & low fat cheese and half a slice avocado. Keep rest for left overs – easy heat up meal in the week !
