Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground Turkey
– 1/4 c minced onions
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp dry mustard
– 1 tsp Asian spices *I used @daksspices
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup Korean bbq sauce *I used @sanjtamari
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with avocado oil.
3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients above and roll into balls.
4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until browned. Enjoy!
