Herby salmon
Ingredients:
– Fresh dill
– 1/2 jalepeno
– 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard and olive oil
– 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, honey
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 paprika and oregano
– Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a blender, blend the dill, mustard, olive oil, jalepeno, red wine vinegar and salt and pepper together. Coat salmon with paprika and oregano, spoon blended ingredients together and top with lemon.
Roasted veggies
Mash together garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh rosemary, dried thyme and dried oregano
Roast at 425 degrees for 15-20. Broil for 1-2 minutes.
