Happy Friday! I could eat this Peanut Sauce with everything but especially with this Thai grilled chicken bowl and my shrimp spring rolls. It’s super easy to whip up👇🏼
🥜Peanut Sauce🥜
Ingredients:
* ½ cup peanut butter
* 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp brown sweetener @swervesweetie or honey
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
* 1/2 tsp Sriracha
* 1/8 tsp warm water
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except for the water to a small bowl.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Slowly add in warm water to thin out the sauce.
🥡Pour over chicken & noodles or serve as a dipping sauce with my spring rolls. Enjoy!
