Y’all know I love my potlatch seasoning so I decided to try it on a salmon burger. It was so delicious and full of flavor! Here’s the recipe👇🏼

Salmon Burgers
Ingredients:
-1 pound of salmon, ground
-2 tbsp potlatch seasoning (recipe below)
-1/4 cup red onion, minced
-1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Ground the salmon in a food processor then add 1 tbsp potlatch seasoning, red onions & parsley.
3. Form into Burger patties and place on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Sprinkle the other tbsp of potlatch on both sides of each patty.
5. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 minutes.
6. Serve with your favorite slaw and burger dressings.

🧂Potlatch Seasoning🧂
Ingredients:
-1 tbsp salt
-1/2 tsp ground pepper
-3 tsp paprika
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp oregano
-1 tsp basil
-1/2 tsp coriander
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp dry mustard
Directions: mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
