REINDEER CHRISTMAS BROWNIES 🎄✨🎁

These are my absolute go to brownie recipe. I’ve been making these since I was a kid. They never fail me soooo gooey. And you get that crackly top. And it’s Christmas 🎄 so whipping them out with a lovely Christmas twist ✨🎄

THE STEPS 👇

1. Preheat oven at 180’c & line 2 brownie pans. Melt 350g butter and 350g dark chocolate together in a large based pan. In a bowl beat 6 eggs & with 350g sugar and 1 tbsp and of vanilla extract. Measure 200g plain flour into another bowl and add a tsp of salt.
2. When the chocolate mixture has melted, let it cool a bit before beating in the eggs and sugar, and then 100g of cranberries & 100g of walnuts and then your flour. Beat to combine smoothly and then scrape out of the saucepan into the lined pan.
3. Bake for about 25 minutes. When it’s ready, the top should be dried and cracked but the middle still dark and dense and gooey. Cut into triangles and add your eyes 👀, m&m noses & nuts for ears ! Time to get in the Christmas Spirit🎄 ❤️
