🇺🇸I can’t believe the 4th of July is around the corner! Here’s a festive, guilt free treat that’s easy to assemble and that everyone will enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 box @simplydelishnatural strawberry jel
-2 boxes @simplydelishnatural unflavored jel
-2 tbsp @swervesweetie sweetener
-blue food coloring
-your favorite @oooflavors flavor (I picked coconut)
Directions:
Make 1 jel at a time so you can layer.
-prep the strawberry jel accordingly to the box and pour into cups. Let set for at least 30 minutes in the fridge then make the clear unflavored jel and stir in drops of your favorite flavoring & 1 tbsp of sweetener. Pour on top of the strawberry jel. Let sit for at least another 30 minutes. Then make the blue unflavored jel by adding a few drops of food coloring, your favorite flavoring & 1 tbsp sweetener. Pour on top of the clear jel and let sit for at least a few hours. Top with whipped cream & sprinkles. Enjoy!
